Works ok. Should be titled factory certified

Starts easy if you follow the instructions. Cuts good with the right chain and has plenty of power under load. I cut down four mature apple trees with it today ranging is size from 12' to 22' and trunk diameters of 6" to 10"s. Only had trouble restarting once because I didn't follow the instructions otherwise it was a trooper. There are some downsides though. The chain vm-innovations sent with it was not good. It kept coming off the bar even under light load. No matter how many times I tweaked it and re-tightened it fell off until it eventually wouldn't fit the bar anymore. I went to Menards and bought an Oregon D70 because another reviewer had recommended it and after that there were NO problems. So add $18 to the cost of this saw right off the bat. The other downside is the condition of this saw when I received it. It should NOT be called factory refurbished. It should be called factory certified like the car dealerships do. What I received was a used chainsaw. Oil, grease, and gasoline where still visible on the body. Bits of debris were still inside the housing for the bar and you can not read the "20" or "Poulon" on the bar because it has been worn away. Just the "Pro" remains. I think that $110 plus $18 for a new chain is just an ok value for a used chainsaw and that's what I feel like I got. A used chainsaw.

Taste great and make a wonderful gift

We purchased two of these too give as gifts for the holidays and they are a hit. We gave one box to my wifes brother and sister in law and they loved it. They had never seen anything like it before and they really enjoyed tasting all the different flavors. They arrived fresh and tasted great. We love giving these as "thank you" gifts to friends and family and would definitely recommend them. Everybody loves them!
