Coffee maker easy to use, clean, and program; brews a nice pot quickly
Full 12-cup capacity (fill water tank to overflow holes - after brewing cycle, pot is full to 12-cup line)
Very fast brew cycle
Coffee basket plenty large enough for grounds, accommodates large filters (extra coffee too!)
Carafe has a good pour spout design, easy to use without spilling (unlike some brands)
Longer interval between cleaning than other brands (3-4+ weeks minimally)
Easy-clean heater plate (coated) - wet sponge while hot works great; no need to scrub!
Cord length may be a bit short, based on outlet distance (good internal cord storage)
Electronic controls easy to use
Very pleased with this model
We bought this to replace same model after the heating element failed within 2 years.
