not vinyl
these are hard resin. not soft vinyl. but they are very cute and worth the price

Makes brushes as new as when you took them out of the package
i use a LOT of glue to attach ears and nose bridges to my avatar dolls.
i have found brushes i dropped days before that looked hopeless. HARD AS A ROCK! This stuff makes them like NEW! I promise you, I will pay you if it doesnt work.

1 of 1 found this helpful if you are a reborn artist and you like to paint your own eyebrows and hair here is your tool. These brushes are AMAziNG. One reviewer said they are too stiff...I dont know what brushes he got but they weren't these. the brushes move like silk creating such perfect effects on my avatars and fairies i am buying 12 more sets. These are perfect and worth 10x as much. Even if they only lasted thru one session they are worth it. To be able to paint perfect hair is a money maker/deal breaker for artists liked me.
