Works better than the freezing compoun and other ointments. Be patient.

Sturdy - great value
Use to make towel racks. Seems many tile racks today are not that wide. With these I am able to make mine to size at a very reasonable cost

Not so good
Gel Capsules stuck to plastic covering making it difficult to remove from covering. Also, capsules split trying to remove from covering.
