This is the first time we had faced this challenge with an eBay seller. Very unprofessional seller behavior, now we have involve eBay to get refund.

  I am very sorry about this situation. I was traveling as well as my small business was in a very critical time and I did not check back on this listing. Please forgive me on this. Ebay has now suspended my account. I am glad you were refunded and would ask that you consider withdrawing your negative feedback so I can reactivate my account. Thank you for considering this. As you can see, I do not post much on Ebay, but I do need to use it from time to time.
