Secure packing. Fast shipping. There is a user manual enclosed, easy to read. The charger cord is a nice length. The machine is lightweight, easy to carry, easy to use, easy to clean after use. I had a little trouble taking it apart after I used it. very stiff clips. No trouble putting it back together.

Roomy and durable
The balls arrived from the seller days before they were expected. The kids were here the day after the balls arrived. We were excited to try them, but couldn't find a pump. So 3 of us adults blew both balls up the old-fashioned way. It didn't take long. I thought the kids would leave them here, but they liked them so much, they took them home. They have a trampoline and actually wear the balls when they play on it. I can't wait to see that! The balls are holding up well. They are roomy. The box says for age 7 and older. Neither kid is overweight, so there is space between their bodies and the inner surface and they come down below their knees. These are fun for the kids and they are getting a lot of use.
