Great recipes
1 of 1 found this helpful Ina Garten's cookbooks are amongst my favorites. I bought this as a gift for my brother who asked for it. We do the "accidental turkey" every year for Thanksgiving. There are many other great recipes, "thyme roasted marcona almonds", "mustard and gruyere batons". If you've never used one of her cookbooks, all you need to do is follow directions and you'll have the best tasting food ever. I now make adjustments to salt and butter quantities, but her recipes really are no fail for any home cook.
