Needs a drawer stop.
This shelf was simple to install and fits perfectly. The only issue I have is that the drawer it holds wants to slide forward and there is nothing built in to stop it. You have to be aware to keep it from sliding out as you are digging in the drawer. It caused the back corner of my drawer to break off.
