Not an actual book and no "skip trace secrets" just same old stuff
I bought the advertised book based on description given for the e-book version on another site, and regretted it. Turns out there is no book just the e-book so no physical product exists. The e-book, a badly written badly formatted PDF, is not what it advertises itself to be. It is just a rehash of free public information that can be found by simple internet search, no professional secrets and some erroneous information. Nothing useful in there for someone who actually does skip traces and is looking to improve their skills knowledge though might help a completely ignorant novice develop visions of grandeur.

only D2 in US outside an expensive prescription
I was prescribed massive amounts of D2, pharmacy price was about $300 for 2 week supply since my insurance does not cover it. D3 is the only D that I could find OTC locally. Deva Vegan D2 fullfills my dietary needs and limitations for a lot less money out of pocket.

Beautiful, timeless, still fresh, drawing me back again after 20 years.
This was the debut album for Wilson Phillips. I have loved the album since 1990. An entire album of harmonized ballads, for personal introspection and sharing. These 3 ladies are the offspring of prominent musicians; Carnie and Wendy Wilson are the daughters of Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys, while Chynna Phillips' parents are John Phillips and Michelle Phillips of The Mamas & the Papas. Of course they are good! Still their best album in my opinion.
