Good modem, very fast
Dont be fooled by Xfinity into getting the newest and most expensive modems, this works in wired mode just as fast as the newest modems. In wifi mode its not quite as fast as the newest modems, but still ok, although the range is not great. But if you just need a cheap, fast modem to use wired, buy this one used on ebay. We have this modem plugged into a Netgear wifi router with 5.0GHz for fast wifi. Getting 25Mbps download speeds.

Probably the best battery brand there is, next to Eneloop
So far so good, they work great in my watch and a small remote control, and a weight scale. Probably the most common type of watch battery. Overall no complaints!

Found out my mini-fridge costs just $2 per month to operate
The kill-a-watt showed that our fridge took 1.23 kilowatts in 48 hours of use, at 13 cents per kilowatt that comes out to around $2.40 per month. Its great to know and we were worried that an extra fridge would take a lot of electricity.
