great bang for the buck
It's a very good accurate pocket thermometer. i work in food service and i use this daily in my job. unlike a traditional dial thermometer is sits well in my pocket and gives accurate fast readings and i've checked the calibration on this item and found it to be dead on accurate. I'll probably pick up a few more and equip my other cooks with them. the hold feature is nice as it allows you to temp an food item and then pull it back to read it rather than sticking your head down on top of hot steam tables to read
