Not Heavy Duty
The tarp was advertised as "heavy duty." When we received it, it was very thin, not like previous "heavy duty" tarps we've purchased. The company offered to refund $20 in good faith, which we declined, and said they would be reviewing the tarp with the manufacturer. The final communication with an employee of the company was very good but the tarp we received was not as advertised.
