Not as good as it used to be
We have been using this product for a considerable amount of time. I have always purchased through e-Bay. I believe that this is the best product for my dog that I have ever used. However, my wife, who feeds our dog, is of the opinion that the quality of the product is not as good as it used to be.

CHEAP AND UNRELIABLE
Less than three months old and used very little. Just got a message to unplug the printer and take to the service center - needs repair. I'm sure a repair would cost more than a new printer, so I will give that option a miss. When installed it worked very well but even at this cheap price it should have lasted more than three months. Very disappointed in this product. Maybe I just got a lemon. I have more invested in the ink than I do in the printer. Unfortunately I will have to purchase another Canon that uses the same ink. Should have stayed with HP. This eighty-one year old should have known better.

Well worth the money.
This is an outstanding value, particularly for the elderly, like this 79 year old. I have a plain old cell phone, which is all I want and to get 365 days service and 2000 minutes for $83 this is the best value on e-Bay. Was added within 24 hours.
