If you only get one gluten-free cookbook, make it this one!

This is the most amazing gluten free cookbook I own!! Works as well for one to two people as for families. The foods are delicious and address a multitude of allergy problems. I have purchased multiple copies to give to family members. The recipes are quick, easy to prepare and freeze well.
