    Item was impossible to open, 3 of us tried. By looking at the picture, it’s also questionable whether item was used and she tightened up extra hard to sell “as new”. I’ve purchased dozens of Charlotte Tilbury items and have never had an issue, Seller then claimed she opened easily and questioned whether I had used. Avoid buying from this dishonest seller!

    I am happy with my purchase as shown by my rating. The fragrance arrived as shown in the photos. It was about half used which is what I expected. The "Item specifics" note the condition as "A brand-new, unused, and unworn item...", and the fragrance name "Angel Elixir". The vial is marked "Angel" and these are two different fragrances. I did notice this in one photo before I purchased. Just offering feedback on writing a more accurate description. Great job on the photos. Thanks!
