Excellent for the beginner to learn a new technique on.
This Grafix Craft sheet was every thing it was said to be. I couldn't have been more pleased, and it helped me learn how to use alcohol ink with the U-Tube videos for instruction. Granted, I have a long way to go to master this art form, but I was able to clean off the sheet and start all over as I goofed try after try. In my estimation, this item is especially suited for the beginner as the paper can be expensive, and to be able to reuse a sheet over and over again, takes the fear out of messing up on costly tries that are not very successful. I give it my highest recommendation.

I recently acquired the OEM Fitness SPORTLINE PEDOMETER.
It is accurate as long as I don't wear some thing constrictive over the meter, a coat for example. It has failed to count my steps on those occasions. I have NO idea why, maybe it restricts movement enough to fail counting. I like the meter because it will not accidentally reset the numbers when I sit down on the bed, or rest on my side. For that reason it works better then any other simple meter I have ever owned. The enclosed casing protects these resets from happening.

I like this product because it works.
I like the product, and I have had success with it for many years. NO other hair product has performed as well on my hair, leaving it soft and with less dandruff. I have tried other shampoo's, but there is some thing in this item that works on my seborrhea dermatitis. It is a winner for me. The bad thing is, it is now over priced because of it being discontinued.
