Great Canner
Excellent value in a pressure canner this size. It will do anything that much more expensive canners will do. Using it properly has been a bit of a learning curve but in the last few weeks, it has saved us hours of canning time.

Very limited hatching success.
After three weeks of turning eggs, maintaining the temperature and humidity. We had a very low hatch rate. The included thermometer along with another scientific thermometer we set in the bottom to measure temperature. When candling the egg, we had good fertility but only two out of sixteen chicks hatched. Some started to break out of their shells but then died. I will try again and write another review if we have any different success. Maybe the fan kit would have improved our results.
