Great value, works right away, just a bit of a language barrier
Has to be plugged in to a USB 3.0 (I've seen some people have issues with that on forums) but it just works immediately. Insanely good value considering the other main option is like- $30 now I think? Only downside is the setup program is entirely in Japanese, with text characters that aren't installed in Windows 10 so you can't even wing it using Google Translate. You don't need it, however - just the whammy bar and tilt don't seem to work without some setup there if you're using this for Guitar/Clone Hero, but that's not a big deal as you can bind those to the analogue stick and 'Select' respectively. If you're using this for a normal controller however, there shouldn't be any issues at all.
