Veruca Salt - Ghost Notes [CD New]

Excellent Album

Great return of an excellent band. All of the familiar VS rock, harmonies, melodies, and pop sensibility are on full display here. The attitude is present on songs like Black & Blonde and Triage. Prince of Wales execution is so well done that you are in the time capsule of that memory & enjoying every minute of it. This is an album full of great songwriting and it definitely fits along with the classic Veruca Salt catalog. For me, it would be pretty high on that list (IMHO). Go get it!

Excellent Transfer to Blu-Ray

The detail in the picture and sound from the DVD to the blu-ray are substantial. Of course....it is HD. There are scenes you will pick up better because of the clarity as much of the movie scenes take place at night. The sound is much more balanced as well. For example, the music playing in the intro as Graysmith is going to work is not so much louder than the dialog so you won't have to keep grabbing the remote to hear the characters speak. Well worth the upgrade to blu-ray.

One of the best shows on TV!

Season 9 continues with great character development and unpredictable story arcs to the already very interesting plot that has lead into this season. Great writing! Great cast!
