It's not the strongest material
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the second one I purchased and the first-hand one was not that strong but for the money it's pretty good. I did bid a little less than was wanted but you still didn't accept it I really don't like that. The first one I bought I put on very strongly and but it's still blew off my car with the with the kayaks on it.

For the most part it does what I wanted. However the the plastic is not of high quality.
