Hamster gets up at 3am just to eat it, so it must be good
I wasn't such a big fan of this because the taste wasn't great (could be improved with a creamy sauce?) and the seeds got stuck in my teeth. However, my hamster loved it so much that he'd get up in the early hours of the morning just to eat it, and in the pitch black too! Crazy fool. Will buy again.
