Good quality--worth the price.
Nice crisp storage bags with auto sealer on flap, so no need for any tape. Very nice. A tad pricey, but worth it. Saves a lot of time with the auto sealer. Very good quality.

STEP BACK INTO THE GOLDEN ERA
Step back into time into the Golden Era of Bodybuilding. Great training secrets from The Myth. This is more than just a train book though. Good insight in to Oliva's life and bodybuilding history during the 1960s and 1970s...including Oliva's comments on his relationship with Arnold. Also wonderful photos as well. Highly recommend.

Awesome book if you love the Golden Era of Bodybuilding and love to know the backstories of some of the pioneers in Bodybuilding!
