Arrived damaged

The controller looks great, but arrived damaged. After repeatedly calibrating the control sticks, both show downward pressure. I can only assume this was due to storage beneath heavy weight, damaging the sticks over time. After playing a couple rounds of splatoon 2 online, the damage is noticeable as you can hear the downward pressure changing the music in the waiting room and it slows forward movement while playing. Hopefully I’m an outlier, but this is a very disappointing experience.
