high sprouting rate, fast delivery, good price
The sprouting rate of the Stinging Nettle was very high, the price was good and the delivery time was also very good. No complaints.

Worse book I ever read abou sprouting.
2 of 2 found this helpful The author, though well known, seems that is not well documented about sprouting. This author says that science one day will know... but if she knows so much, why does not she teach the scientist. She takes 4 chapters in indemonstrable theories while does not dedicate any space to the most important thing... DISINFECTION. The sprouts are considered unsafe by most of the governments of the World and had killed a lot of people. A simple method of disinfection using peroxide can be found in the University of Maryland. The disinfection method for Mung Beans can be adapted to other types of beans. If they are so healthy... why they are not used in the Third World? The reason is they can be easily contaminated and can and have killed people. In special infected water and animals are important issues. Not long ago several people died in Germany due to infected seeds from Egypt.
It was fun for me to find she recommends to use a cylinder made of Stainless Steel and made lots of 3/16 of an inch holes in the cylinder. Has she ever drilled a single hole in stainless steel?
If you want a good book to start that is FREE google "Seed Germination by Norman C. Deno" who is a Professor Emeritus. You will learn how to sprout seeds using Ziploc bags in very simple terms. Do not get impressed by the number of pages because only a few pages are necessary, the rest is information for specific seeds.
After that you can go to YouTube and you will get a complete picture of what you need FOR FREE
