Live Saver!
2 of 2 found this helpful I didn't realize I could be vitamin D deficient living in AZ. I went to the Dr. for bloodwork to find out why I was so tired and my bones hurt. I've been taking vitamin D daily now and I find the liquid capsules work better than the powder capsules or chalk like tablets.

3 of 3 found this helpful This is a very informational book. I have been following the recommended diets for my blood type and I have noticed a difference in how I feel. At first, I found it hard to wein myself off certain foods that weren't good for my blood type. However, it was pretty easy to eat more of what was recommended for my blood type. I have told most of my co-workers, friends and family about this book. In fact it is loaned out to someone right now.

Love this stuff!
Great for sanitizing dog kennels! I dilute it to the recommended instructions and use daily in my kitchen. I think it'll even kill athlete's foot in the shower.
