I use it for cake batter to pour into cupcake papers. I have a plastic one and switched to the stainless steel so it would be more durable.

Great quality
I love these pans. Allows me to make any flavor whoopie pie I want by using a cake mix. I had 1 already bought 1 more plus 2 more for a friend.
