Part of the product broke right away

The cap that goes on to the bladder is held on by a loop of plastic. That loop broke right away when I was putting it on. Disappointing, but the bladder and cap should still be effective. Haven’t filled it up with water yet to see if the cap seals well, which is what stopped working on my last bladder.

Shipped quick. Little annoying that the top to the shampoo came cracked, but just threw some tape on it and good as new. Definitely still a good value. Shampoo was unopened.
