Cheap material-expencive-high profit for manufacturer-customer is victamised.
If they make out of Cast Brass and the Clipper made out of Steel the sound will be clearer and great quality. The design is great. Similar bells are made in Bulgaria from Brass,and are cheaper also.
This one are made out of Tin metal, not good idea and not good quality. Chinese manufacturers have the tendency to use recycle material even for kitchen knife's and after time they rust.
