Just The Job
Cured the problem. Appears to be pricey until you find that to get it from Honda, you have to purchase the complete throttle body costing 3 times as much.
This sensor comes with the 2 retaining bolts. A bit of a problem removing the old ones as they are rivet-like in appearance. Only way to remove them is to cut a slot across the head with a hacksaw in order to get a screwdriver blade in to turn them. Honda have made it difficult to remove, presumably to ensure that you have to purchase the complete throttle body assembly. Honda don't supply the throttle position sensor by itself.
A little bit of time and care can save you £150 +.
Very happy with mine. Car drives like a dream again.
