0 of 2 found this helpful This could be a good product, but I wouldn't know because it broke before I transmitted to it. It appears a cold solder joint is to blame between the black finned circular heatsink and the PL-259 connector. Failure occurs when attaching or removing the unit by torquing the heatsink. I know it's against best practice to torque anything but the PL-259, but no instructions, cautions, or warnings came with this. Not worth trying to replace or send back.
