Good value, Delivers a lot of Great Features
This is a good beater watch that will deliver a great deal of value at around $25.00 or so. The best thing about it is the display, which is very large including the day/date. You can easily see the time at a quick glance. There is also a second time zone setting so it would also be great for travel. The stopwatch and timer feature I would use less frequently, but still they could be useful. The indiglo feature makes it immediately visible at night.

Good looking, high-quality watch at a reasonable price.
4 of 4 found this helpful I bought this watch because I liked the way it looks. I also know that Citizen has a reputation for high-quality at an affordable price. It's was a bonus to me when I found out it was atomic - automatically setting the day/date and time to the official U.S. time. It runs in several different modes, e.g. calendar, chronograph, etc. I don't really use all of the functions other than the calendar mode where I set the watch to display the day and date, but nonetheless, this is a highly feature-rich and functional watch. I'm sure it would be quite useful to someone more technically oriented than myself. The watch is powered by a solar battery. The power gauge on the front of the watch also informs you if there is any decrease in power due to not exposing the watch to sufficient sunlight. Quality-wise the case and band feel very solid. I love the Blue Angels branding. I have collected over 20 watches over the years, but I consider this one to be my "go-to" watch. If you're looking for a high-quality, multi-functional watch at a reasonable price, you'll be very satisfied with this one.

Dressy, Sophisticated, and Stylish.
1 of 1 found this helpful The Seiko SARB065 is all about the multi-faceted, silver-blue dial. It is mesmerizing to look at and is the most striking watch in my collection. Seiko has discontinued this model and reissued it as part of their Pressage line. The new Pressage version uses a cheaper, less accurate movement. That is why I specifically chose this model; the 6R15 movement is an advantage, and Seiko's discontinuation of the SARB065 makes it more collectible and much more likely to hold its value or even appreciate.
The dial is silver. In bright light, it appears to have a bluish hue. I point this out because, in most pictures, it looks baby blue. The applied indices, Seiko logo, and dark blue second-hand compliment the dial nicely. It is attention-getting without being too glitzy or showy.
Much has been said about the strap. It is shiny black leather with a deployant clasp and subtle blue stitching. The band was actually part of the original watch design, so as a purist, I was reluctant to switch it out. Ultimately, I decided to put it on a reddish, rust-colored, genuine alligator, highly-textured band. In my opinion, this improves the overall effect and appearance.
You will love this watch if you are looking for something that will go well with slightly dressier attire such as business casual; wool slacks, cotton button-down shirts, sports jackets and the like. It is dressy, sophisticated, and stylish.
