Used one for YEARS in BJJ
This device , with racquet tape put on the gripping surfaces is the ONLY gripper I use. My grip is normally the strongest part of my BJJ game because whenever I'm in traffic , sitting around, whatever, I'm USING it. Love it.

Good for hot weather climates, a little narrow.
While great for warmer weather which I needed, its still a little narrow for a full size man. I'm about 6'1" and 220, large shoulders and neck. MOST common backpacks , etc. have a Narrow top where the shoulder straps meet. Some packs have sliding or adjustable width straps, especially External frames. Construction is good, usual features. HOWEVER, the one I had slots, buckles for a waist belt but NO WAIST BELT was included. When running, etc. I strap everything up, or its gonna get loose.

Lenses are fine temples a little weak
the temples etc that are ADJUSTABLE are a little flimsy and do NOT hold the position desired. I would recommend finding the best positons and GLUE them frozen, otherwise they just move all over the place
