Better Than Expected
We bought this vacuum as "Refurbished" but it seems to be almost new. Very tempted to go ahead and buy another one. Truly a good value! And it was delivered very quickly. Happy customers.

What In The World is That?
When I got the ENVELOPE, yes envelope, containing the filter I absolutely couldn't believe that this could be the air filter I had ordered. It was absolutely tiny, and flat enough to fit in an Envelope! We thought there was no way that this could expand enough to be a usable filter. But after 48 hours it finally did expand into just what we needed! Amazing. Very pleased!
