Arrived as expected. The seller sent me message before the item arrived that he was notified by other buyers that the item is not as described, it is not as fluffy as the picture shows, and to please send him a picture upon receipt and he is willing to help with a refund. It’s true that it’s not as fluffy as described but it’s not very thin either actually I liked it. For the price of it I think it’s just fine. Thanks seller for the message and for being honest.

Great ebayer seller. Had an issue with the santa hats I bought, which were not plush as per the description and photos, but the felt, flat, thin kind you find everywhere. Seller contacted me quickly to resolve the issue and I m happy with the outcome. I decided to keep the hats and decline a refund as it was still cheap for 3 hats for less than a fiver, they just weren t what I was expecting. I may have had a bad batch. Top rating for customer service!

Razer Kraken X Lite Ultralight Gaming Headset: 7.1 Surround Sound Capable

Good for the price, why not. (Lightweight, great for PC)

In general, the lite version sacrifices the mute muttons and volume control on the headset but this can be done on your device, ie a computer/laptop which is easy enough. In exchange for a lighter headset, I think it is worth it. Pros Surround sound is great obviously, especially for around 30 quid(on sale), they are also comfortable. The microphone needs more work though, the 'cardioid' does not work fully, does pick up some random sounds but does produce an okay audio. Cons Surround sound software only works on PC, that is a shame for anyone playing on consoles.
