Had you messaged me about the, and I quote "The POS Pen in the very nice box. I would send it back, but it's not worth the printer label. It is kind of heavy. Maybe I can use it to break car windows if I ever decide on a life of crime and start jacking cars.....Yeah let's do that" unquote. Yes communicating your displeasure, after looking at all 13 pictures, I would of happily returned your $7.99! Have a GREAT day

Nikon FA Camera Body
26 of 26 found this helpful It's the last of it's breed. A Nikon that does it all. Fully automatic when set at Program mode, Aperature Priority, shutter priority or fully manual! A Manual focus body 35mm camera that's not made of plastic, has a titanium shutter, TTL, 250th synch speed. I am a professional photographer and I do use the more modern cameras with autofocus too but sometimes autofocus hinders and I want to fall back on an old rugged manual focus workhorse F series camera. I personally don't care about the auto exposure features but it's nice to have them. What sold me on the FA over the FE and FM series is that when coupled with an MD-15 motor drive, the camera runs off the AA batteries in the motordrive, meter and all. At this stage in the game with everything gone digital, face it, We are not using film all that often and really don't want to keep batteries in these old film bodies to corrode. So being able to just pop freshly charged batteries in the motordrive and go, is a blessing. You can do the same with an F3 HP and an MD-12 drive but the FA has the advantage still of faster synch speed of 250th vs 1/60th, twice the top shutter speed at 1/4000th, compatibility with modern iso speedlights vs the oddball special foot specific of the F3, and they generally cost significantly less. The FM, FM2(n) also functions without the battery. The only loss is the meter but the FA with an MD-15 doesn't even lose the meter! The FA is the clear choice for manual focus Nikon bodies.

Spend The Extra Bit Of Money
It's all in the magnet. You only think you are saving a few bucks buying other brushes. But are you really saving anything when they don't get the crud off and you end up buying this one anyway? I had algae build up so thick in my 125g reef tank so bad I couldn't see my fish. My cheap brush just rolled right over it even with hours of rubbing. So, I ordered this one and after 5-6 min, crystal clear glass, The powerful magnet made all the difference...Also, the option to mount a scraper blade is nice. I ordered some of those too but as well as the brush works, I'm not sure if I really need them. Fantastic product. And if I ever shut down my fish tank, I can use the magnet for magnet fishing in the river and creeks around here :)

Very nice, high quality ball head
I thought I hated ball heads. It turns out, I hate $20 ball heads. This head is fantastic. The ball is liquidy smooth, the main knob is 1/4 throw and the tension knob actually has purpose rather than redundancy. The pan base is very smooth as well. The Arca style clamp is a nice design with a retractable retaining pin and stiff enough springs to keep even that knob liquidy smooth. The included plate is high quality marked with the Vanguard logo. The oversized (compared to cheap plates) D ring stands upright and doesn't keep flopping back over. (That's what she said) I will be using in studio on a larger tripod. It's too heavy and large for a travel tripod, in my opinion, weighing in nearly as much as two full cans of soda. In all, 2 thumbs up. I would give it 3, but I was only born with 2 thumbs.
