Save your money
5 of 6 found this helpful My husband bought this book through the infomercial because he thought it would be interesting... I could have smacked him.
It's full of references to doing things "better" and conspiracy theories about the government and pharmaceutical companies that are just common knowledge, not revelations. He doesn't ever offer more than conjecture about what causes illnesses and vague, general (and again, common knowledge about eating right and exercising) suggestions on how to improve health. The principle theme of the book seems to be "I'll tell you all you need to know if you go to my website" where you pay MORE money to get the information "they don't want you to know".
By the time you're done, you'll realize he is one of "them" and wants to suck you dry. What a POS.

Lots of awesome, little package
Excellent all around, will probably look for more of these. Color is just as good as a full size Black Honey, and I won't feel bad if (let's be real--when) I lose it.
