Bigger size works for me and no food sticking
5 of 5 found this helpful I like the bigger size than my old one. After 2 hours in a 350 degree oven coated with a thin coating of crisco, I used it the first time with some 73/27 fatty ground beef. Worked very well. Nothing stuck to the pan. It is heavier than my smaller cast iron. I'm glad I purchased the pan.
