Doesnt work!

This item does not work like the directions say. I installed the disc into my perfectly working laptop and it didn't do anything! I plugged in the USB cord and my computer went nuts telling me that it could not recognize or except the item that I last plugged into the port! The light came on at the end of the lead but there was never any downloading off of the disc and no camera icon appearing on the desktop! I even took it to a computer shop and they said that this unit was faulty and wont work! Thanks, Bill

Not the right part for the part number given

This is NOT the right part for the item part number given. The KS6634 is the style that has the lower notch in it for the pin keeper to keep it in place. The pictured one shows the style that has the push in lock button on the end of it to keep it in place. Wrong part for the part number!!! DO NOT BUY this part, it will not work for the required number given!!!! I can't seem to download a picture but can send it email if you like. Thx. Bill

Bad investment

only worked part of the time, and sometimes it went off on its own, without the door actuator moving at all! You had to be almost right next to it to even hear it, even tho the volume was set at high. Had to send it back at my own expense too. Don't waste your money or time with this one!!!
