Not new, new old stock.
It was NOS & looked like there were areas of corrosion on the inside mold, however I tried it & the mold seems OK but not what I expected. New is new, not NOS

Needs attachment points at both ends
The product only has 2 attachment points, the handle & a slot underneath it. This made it difficult to securely fasten it to my ATV .and as I understood one of the main purposes of the case was to mount on an ATV type vehicle There needs to be a slot or some type of attachment points at either end without having to buy additional brackets or whatever

You get what you pay for
About what you cold expect for the price. Thin hard "leather" weak wrist band. Soaking it in neatsfoot oil helps.
