Excellent
Purchased for my son with gluten intolerence. Made some sourdough bread & pizza dough so far. It was a hit & digestible.

Good product but
I love this product BUT I'd like to see it made with xylitol vs sugar. It tastes great and easy to get kids to take as it tastes like candy.
