Best Ear Pods for the money
Wasn't sure what to expect for $25 but they are just as good as my Air Pods. In one sense I like them better because the buds have a button on each that allows answering/ending calls and skipping songs. Like the Air pods there is no volume control.
One time I had a wired headset and the T12 connected to my computer. I was unable to change the volume on the T12. The volume controls on the computer were adjusting the wired set. I had to go to the volume icon on my computer and select the T12. Then the computer adjusted the T12 volume. If only one output device is selected there are no issues.

Flaw of Averages a Must Read
The Flaw of Averages points out through numerous examples that decision make using "most likely" or "deterministic" values most often will result in a poor decision. Even the worst estimates of uncertainty are better than deterministic estimates. The book is written in plain language and does not rely on equations. The examples are easy to understand. When read in conjunction with the material presented on Probability Management's website, the application of probabilistic analysis or perhaps the "Arithmetic of Uncertainty" comes alive. It discusses the "Seven Deadly Sins of Averaging" and then gives examples regarding retirement, portfolio analysis, option theory, supply chain, health care, and exploration portfolios. Everyone will find a topic of interest that is described in simple language. Really a life changing book in how one thinks about decisions.

Great Book if you want to understand the history of oil from 1970 to 2000
The book, only the 2nd biography of Marc Rich, tells the true history of oil in the world from the turbulent times of the 70's through the 90's. Marc Rich was a key player in making the oil market what it is today. Historian will love this book, oil and gas folks will find it fascinating.
