Nice pair of cans!
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed a new pair of headphones fast. I use mine on a daily basis, since I am involved in running a small recording studio AND do a lot of live sound engineering. When I saw these headphones, I was intrigued. The more I read about them, the more I was sold. When I found them on eBay at a "can't say no" price, that was the clincher. However, there's no way I could've expected to be so pleased with the actual performance of these SRH840's! Extremely balanced reproduction, and very comfortable to wear too! The only thing that could've been better was maybe a bit more length on the coiled cord, but that's a very minor thing! All in all, one of my better audio purchases this year!

Great home studio foundation!
The Focusrite Saffire Pro 14 is an excellent unit with exactly the features I need for my home studio. I record radio commercials, so the phantom powered front mic jacks for my voice over microphone are perfect. I also needed the additional line in jacks on the back panel in order to route analog audio from my computer back into my digital audio workstation - this unit fits my needs to a tee! The fact that setup and sync were as easy as 1-2-3 is just the cherry on top! Very happy to have made the move to Focusrite!
