One of the Best Tuners Ever Made
This tuner has greater sensitivity and selectivity than other tuners I have used. With the XDR Guy modifications, it runs cool and the sound quality has been improved (the high frequency rolloff has been eliminated). With the cooler temperature, I expect much longer life. Some stations that don't come in clearly on my Carver TX-11a tuner come in clearly on the Sony XDR-F1HD.
