Better than expected, a real value!
no cons- turns out its the oem part- same pn, same manufacturer. An exact fit.

Sketchy set up instructions. No books anymore, on line not to helpful either.
No real setup instructions included. Had to look online still not a great description. Quit trying as. I was too busy to fool with it.
