Overall poor design
This donut doesn't have a wraparound seal on the bottom edge to keep it in place on the end of the pump.
It seems to fit snuggly into the cylinder opening, but the donut will easily get sucked into the cylinder when vacuum is applied and be rendered useless.
Even if you were able to get it to stay in place, simply inserting your penis will push the donut into the cylinder. Add lubricant to the mix and it becomes hopeless.
It did state that the diameter of the donut is 62mm, which is the inside diameter of the popular FreeSpace vacuum pump sold here on eBay. It would seem to be a snug fit, but, no.
Even if the inside diameter of your cylinder is smaller, I don't see how the donut will stay in place while allowing for stretching out of the way enough to allow the penis to expand under vacuum.
This item might have been intended for a specific make and model of pump cylinder that would have been marketed for Oriental or teenage sized penises, period.
There are other donuts, such as the "Erection Helper" that works much better.
Skip this product, or get it for letting your friends and neighbors to borrow. They'll never ask for another thing again.

Another disappointment from CalExotics
This is difficult to fit into vacuum cylinders over 2.25". I cannot see it fitting a 3" cylinder.
The sleeve opening has flaps that do not assist in sealing the sleeve between the penis and body, but only irritate the penile shaft and snag on the shaft when removing the pump cylinder from an engorged penis. You can try to improve it, but only if you are good enough with an Xacto knife to trim the flaps without leaving a sharp edge.
The seal tore apart after a few uses, so, really, go waste your money on something else.

Great replacement, but...
This is a 99% exact fit. The red clip that holds the door opening rod in place is a bit or two too stiff to get it snapped onto the rod as you don't have the factory specialty tool to reach into such tight quarters. The solution is to reuse the original factory clip to hold the rod in place. Just be gentle and patient to nudge the original clip out from the bottom of the old broken handle so you can reuse it. If you're all fat thumbs, then get help to install this new handle. You will absolutely need a pair of new Philips #0 and #1 screwdrivers to remove and reinstall the door locking switch. An old screwdriver will leave both you and the new part all screwed up. You've been warned.
