It's Okay
The product is working okay. I am not sure what is the problem. My computer was running very fast before I got a problem and it the operating system began running very slow. I installed the McAfee program and it's running a little faster but not at the original speed prior to the issue.

Authentic and works as advertised.
Cartridge is the "real McCoy" and work as expected in my printer. My purchase was a very good deal.
