1 of 1 found this helpful Was in a pinch when a local smoker was booked up and could not cold smoke the bacons I had curing in the fridge. Love my bacon cure but needed smoke to make it complete. I decided to go with the Smoke Daddy Big Kahuna as a compliment to my Sportsman’s Elite 44” propane smoker. I asked for expedited shipping because the longer the bacon cured the saltier it would be so time was critical. Was not optimistic about this working out in my favor. Well, someone at Smoke Daddy must have saw my note to expedite and saw the opportunity to help someone in need without explanation. I received 3 days earlier than what Smoke Daddy promised on EBAY. I was ecstatic And immediately installed the Big Kahuna in the center of the bottom door where the smoke is generated when hot smoking. This was day 11 of the cure. 1 day longer than usual. The Big Kahuna worked way past expectations. This thing on high produced so much smoke that I could not see the bacon thru the glass for the smoke. Thank you Smoke Daddy for expediting the process and turning my first cold smoking experience into an experience of a lifetime. The Bacon is some of the best I have created yet. If you like to cure and smoke meats, I would highly recommend you invest in one of Smoke Daddy’s cold smoke generators. You will not be disappointed.
