Bad Tire

I bought this tire for my Ford expedition. I had it mounted and balanced by the professionals at the tire shop. The very next day the tire sidewall rubber came apart. I've posted some photos of the tire. The worst part if it all they won't replace it or refund me my money back. I mean the damn tire still had the sticker paper on it.
