Best knife for the best price

Works great!
Love it cheaper than other options out there but just as good! Cleaning out is SO much easier when you can reach inside. Also the 7 gallon size seems like it will prevent blowout much better when doing a 5 gallon batch of homebrew.

OK for the price..
This thing works OK. I have worked with many temp controllers over the years. I give this one 3 stars because it is the first I have ever used that does NOT let you change units from Celsius to Farenheit.
Also I was never able to enable the autotune feature on mine, but my system ran stable right out of the box so I really didn't need it this time.
All in all a good value for controller+tc+SSR if you can live with Celsius display.
