  Great seller! The item arrived with a break in it. The seller immediately refunded me and didn’t ask for the item back. I do intend to gorilla glue it the best I can. There are others for sale but this seller had the most reasonable price for the item.

  This seller sent me a device with missing parts and refused to send a return label, avoid buying from him

  Seller’s beware, this buyer purposefully and conveniently removed the removable tip from power cord of item, then submitted a refund request. I offered to process his request once he returned the item for inspection per my return policy. He refused to send item back-demanding that I pay for the return. Either way , I finally just offered a partial refund (which he accepts) if he was simply unhappy with his order-instead of sabotaging it, just send me a message and I would have worked it out.
